Hi, I'm Curtis Hale

Why I do this
I've always worked with my hands. I worked for the railroad, built fences full time for years and spent time as a home inspector before I got into real estate.
I got my real estate license in late 2023 while we were living in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and closed 15 deals there: first homes, lake-area homes and plenty of land. When our family needed us closer to home, my wife and I moved back to North Mississippi. Today we live in Hernando, and I help people buy and sell homes and land across DeSoto, Tate and Marshall Counties.
A lot of the people I work with are buying on a budget, don't fully trust the banks, and just want somebody to tell them the truth. That's who I want to help. I'll tell you what a house really costs to own, what I'd worry about, and when I think you should walk away.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me at the lake with my family, on a boat or behind one on a wakeboard.
